Only 12 spaces are available. The cost for the workshop is $75 per person

Sunday, July 7, 2019 1:00 to 5:00 pm  at the Rise Up Bakery, 48 Granite St, Barre, VT

Baking workshop at the newly restored historic bakery building, the Rise Up Bakery, will be led by Randy George, founder of central Vermont’s Red Hen Bakery. Tips on how to make a good dough and how to bake that dough to create the famous Italian focaccia. Make your own and take it home.

Use the the Rise Up Bakery’s wood fired oven and learn how to get great results in your home oven as well.
