Baking workshop at the newly restored historic bakery building, the Rise Up Bakery, will be led by Randy George, founder of central Vermont’s Red Hen Bakery. Tips on how to make a good dough and how to bake that dough to create the famous Italian focaccia. Make your own and take it home.
